The detailed charge against Watson, a plumber, aged 41, was that on April 7. he obtained 5s 6d from William Charles Dulieu by falsely representing that a ticket, purporting to be No. 26G, Golden Casket art union, and bearing number 7801, was issued by the Golden Casket art union. Brisbane, by the authority of the Queensland Government.
