Mr Edgar Rouse, managing-director of Kodak, Ltd., arrived from Sydney this morning by the Niagara and ;s staying at the Grand Hotel. Sir Stanley Fisher, Chief Justice of Ceylon, and Lady Fisher, arrived by the Niagara this morning and will bo the guests of their Excellencies the (Jovernor-General and Lady Bledisloe , lt Government House. Sir Stanley is at present on furlough before retiring. Mr. William Hucks, who is associated with the noted English distillery tirni Gilbey’s, London, accompanied by Mrs’Hucks. has just completed a fortnight's holiday tour of the North Island. The visitors are staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. Hucks was visiting Australia in trade interests, and took advantage of the time between London-bound steamers to tour North Island scenic resorts and thermal regions, which delighted him.
