REMAND ON BAIL Charged with obtaining £ 5 from Jackson, Russell, Tunks and AVest by falsely representing that he was Rupert King, on Lecember 16, Garrett Fitzgerald, a labourer, aged 40, was remanded at the Police Court this morning until June 6. Accused pleaded not guilty and asked for bail, which was granted in one surety of £25.
