ANNUAL MEETING
DEVONPORT CROQUET CLUB
The annual meeting of the Devonport Croquet Club was held in the club’s pavilion on Saturday, when there was a good attendance of members. The following officers were elected for the coming season:—President, Airs. Creagmile; hon. sec., Airs. J. Spicer; hon. treasurer, Mrs. S. Vailc; committee, Alesdames K. Seaton, Bruce, Swan, R. Hughes and Flinn; match committee, Alesdames Palairet, \\ • Bailey and Newell. Prizes won during the season were presented as follow: —A championship, Airs. Palairet; B championship, Mrs. J. Spicer; runner-up, Airs. K. Seaton: handicap doubles, Mrs. C. Prime and Mrs. Seaton; runners-up, Mrs. Newell and Mrs. F. Prime. A special prize was awarded Airs. Angove for good progress.
