GIFT AFTERNOON FOR BRIDE-TO-BE

PLEASANT PARTY Miss Isa Munro, who is to be married shortly, was the guest of honour at a “gift afternoon” given on Saturday by Airs. Harold Gunn, at Inn' residence, Charlton Avenue, Mount Eden. Interesting competitions passed away a very pleasant afternoon. The rooms were brightly arranged with seasonal flowers. During the afternoon Miss Munro opened the parcels, which contained many useful gifts. Among those present were: Mesdames Munro, Frank Stevens, Wilson (Hastings), Misses Munro, Storrie, A. Storrie, Scott, M. Howley, J. Williams, It. Gibson-Jones, M. Gibson-Jones, K. Arnold, AT. McDougall, C. Brown, R. Bett and B. Crowther.
