RUSSELL OWEN GETS £2OO FOR POLAR STORIES BEST REPORTING LAST YEAR VANCOUVER, Tuesday. Mr. Russell Owen has been awarded the £2OO Pulitzer Prize for the best reporting last year contained in his stories of the Byrd Expedition to the South Pole.
