STRUCK BY MOTOR-CAR

KARANGAKAPE ROAD ACCIDENT Suffering from concussion of the brain, received as the result of being struck by a motor-car when crossing between a footpath and an outwardbound safety zone in Karangahape Road, Mrs. Esther Marion Hayson, aged 28, of 4 Ligar Street, Grafton, was admitted to the hospital shortly after eight o’clock last evening. The injured woman was picked up in an unconscious condition and removed to the hospital by the St. John Ambulance. Her condition this morning is stated to be fairly satisfactory.
