JAMES'S HALL, WELLINGTON STREET, AUCKLAND, on WEDNESDAY, May 28, 1930, commencing at 5 p.m., when a Poll for the Election of Three Directors will be taken, jfc.t 8 p.m. the General Business will commence, viz.: Presentation of Annual Report, etc. Announcement of Election of Directors, and of Shareholders’ Auditor; and Allocation of Appropriations in the following Groups:— BALLOTS OF £4OO, EACH IN GROUPS 22, 30, 33, 34, 42, 47, 52 and 55.
