In an international golf match at bunnmgdale the British women golfers captained by Miss Molly Gourlay, defeated the American team, under Miss Glenna Collett, American woman champion.
The foursomes ended all square but the Englishwomen won the singles bv six matches to four. Miss Gourlay defeated Miss Collett by 1 up. The American team included manv players who will compete in the ‘women’s championship.
