Seven rinks from the Thames Bowling Club visited Waihi on Saturday afternoon and played a friendly interclub match in which they defeated the local club by 37 points—lss to 118. The Thames bowlers returned the best cards in six of the seven games, the only Waihi rink to win being that skipped by McGonagle. Details are as/follow. HOCKEY AT PAPATOETOE The Papatoetoe Ladies - Hockey Club has made Rood progress during the past, year, according to the report, presented at the annual meeting on Monday evening.
