DISAPPEARED FROM FERRY Nothing further is known concerning the fate of the sailor, Sylvernus John Pengelly, a leading stoker on H.M.S. Laburnum, who fell overboard from the ferry steamer it was nearing Devonport on Friday evening. Shortly after the man was lost, a sailor’s hat was seen floating near the ferry wharf at Devonport. 4 A
