CLASS FOR BACKWARD CHILDREN HAMILTON INNOVATION From Our Oit:it Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. The first class in Hamilton for “retarded'’ school children was formed at Hamilton West School this morning. The class will ho comprised of children from all the Hamilton primary schools who are backward in their studies. A special teacher will arrive from 'Wellington shortly.
