GRAF ZEPPELIN SKIPPER DELAYS PLANS NEW AIRSHIPS BUILDING Reed. 10.15 a.m. BERNE, Friday. Dr. Hugo Eckener has finally abandoned the Graf Zeppelin’s proposed tour to the North Pole, because It is impossible to insure tbe crew, but he states that the German - American Aerial Navigation Company Is being formed in March, which will build airships to make a trip to America in three days.
