RIDER'S SECOND ACCIDENT

TWICE IN TWO MEETINGS A dislocated shoulder was received by Mr. L. Sowerby, a motor-cyclist, w r hose machine skidded and threw him heavily after winning a heat in good time at Blandford Park Stadium last evening. The injured man was first attended to by members of the St. John Ambulance, and later removed to the Auckland Hospital. Further treatment w'as given and he was able to proceed home. Mr. Sowerby, who was more seriously injured on a previous occasion, was making his first appearance last evening since his former accident.
