COLLISION WITH CAR
CYCLIST SUFFERS INJURIES Injuries to his head were suffered by Mr. Edward Francis Hickey, of 22 Marewa Road, Green Lane, as the result of his cycle colliding with a motor-car at the intersection of the Great South Road and Mapau Road at 10.45 last evening. The bicycle was carried several yards by the motor-car, but was not much damaged. The injured man was removed to the Public Hospital, where his condition is regarded as not serious.
