INJURED DOING WELL

WHANGAREI HOSPITAL PATIENTS From Our Own Correspoiidcnt WHANGAREI, Saturday. An almost unprecedented number of severe accident cases have been admitted to the men's surgical ward of the Whangarei Hospital recently, but are progressing well. John Catlin is the only person injured in the Waipu crash who remains in the institution and he is well on the road to recovery. Alfred King and John Dodds, injured in the capsize of a car on the Alaungaturoto Road are doing well, as are John McEwan and Lionel Knight, who were burned when working in a garage. The new tannic acid treatment appears to have proved itself in the latter case.
