MURDERS IN SYDNEY
WADDY AND RAZOR USED BY KILLERS SUSPECT ARRESTED SYDNEY, Sunday. Alexander Belford, aged 45 years, was killed last night with a heavy waddy, which, it is believed, was used by a person who had sworn vengeance against him at Redfern, a slum quarter cf the city. Another terrible crime has been committed in the Surry Hills slum district. Arthur Lands, aged 35, was so severely injured with a razor that he died. His dying depositions were taken. The police have arrested a man on a charge of murder.
