CONSERVATIVES RETAIN SEAT
LONDON, Tuesday. The by-election for the Tamwortb Division of Warwickshire, caused by the resignation of Sir Edward Iliffe, the Conservative member,resulted in the return of Sir Arthur Steel-Mait.-land, who was Minister of Labour in the last Government.
