Tlio Thames Coast is very popular, and many new seaside residences are being erected. It is understood that a property owner at Thornton’s Bay contemplates cutting up a block of land into small areas, for which there is a keen demand.
A tennis court is being laid down at the Tapu School for the use of scholars. The Thames South School held a most successful concert on Friday evening. The Central Hall was packed and the proceeds amounted to about £44.
