WHANGAREI SHOW
BAD WEATHER FOR OPENING
CATTLE AND PIG AWARDS From Our Oicn Correspondent WHANGAREI, Today. Threatening weather with occasional mist and showers, greeted the opening of the AVhangarei Agricultural and Pastoral Society’s 53rd annual spring show. The general entries were gratifying, especially in the stock sections. Entries in outside classes showed a decrease of 16, compared with the figures for 1928, which were 1,008.
