THREE ONE-ACTS BY LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY
'j’HREE excellent plays have been chosen for the next production by the Auckland Little Theatre Society on Derember 4, 5, 6 and 7. These are: “The Monkey’s Paw,” by W. W. Jacobs. “God and Mrs. Henderson,” by Harold Chapin. “The Twelve Pound Look,” by Sir James Barrie. The Jacobs one-act is almost a thriller, though one nearly always looks upon this writer of seastories as a humorist. Barrie’s work is too wellknown to require comment. Chapin, too, is now a familiar writer to Auckland readers.
