RISKS OF RESIDENCE IN NEW YORK CONTRADICTORY REPORTS (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Reed. 9.5 a.m. NEW YORK, Monday. Walker’s Mayoral regime, declared that New York was the world's safest city, but curiously enough an economic survey has just been issued which states that human life in the metropolis is now menaced to a greater degree than ever before.
