LABOUR’S MOTION ON SALARY “CUTS” INDIGNANT DENIALS THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Monday. Collusion between the Labour and United Parties on the question of the no-confidence motion seemed to be the favourite alle> gation made by Reform speakers during the discussion today. One speaker in particular, Mr. J. A, Young (Hamilton), aroused a stormol protest when he suggested that Mi. Holland’s motion was drafted in th* office of the Minister of Justice. The Hon. T. M. Wilford: I neief saw it. Mr. P. Fraser (Wellington Central), to Mr. Young: That is a deliberate —what it is. (Laughter.) Mr. Young said that he was only going by information he had. Government Members: Who is job informant? Mr. 'Wilford: I never saw or heart of the motion until I came into tin House at 2.30 today. Mr. Young accepted the Ministtrt assurance. Mr. Fraser: Why throw miseraHi suggestions across the floor of thi House? Both Mr. Forbes and Mr. Holland completely denied collusion.
