The spea.ker at both morning and evening services at the Auckland Higher Thought Temple, Wellington Street, will be Mr. T. W. Silcock. At 7 p,m. he will speak on “The Light of the World.” * * * “The Man who has seen God” will be the subject taken by Canon Grant Cowen at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral. Canon Fancourt will preach in the evening. »s* * * Divine services will be conducted at St. Matthew’s Church by Canon Fancourt at 11 a.m. and the Itev. G. R. Monteitli at 7 p.m. The Rev. D. G. Miller will be the preacher at the services at the Beresford Street Congregational Church. * =? *.« A special musical service will be held at the Edendale Presbyterian Church at 7 p.m., when the Rev. W. Gilmour will preach. At the Somervell Presbyterian Church Mr. M. J. Byrt will preach at 11 a.m. and Mr. C. E. Perkins at 7 p.m. The Sunday School anniversary will be celebrated by special services at the Pitt Street Methodist Church. The preachers will be: 11 a.m., the Rev. C. Chandler; 3 p.m, the Rev. L. B. Jackson, Morning and evening services will bo conducted by First Church of Christ, Scientist, Symonds Street. Lawson Marsh, whose topic in the evening will be “Common Sense and the Sunday Question.” * * * Pastor A. V.
