GRACE DARLING
FAMOUS BOAT PRESERVED PLACE OF PILGRIMAGE Australian and N.Z. Press Association LOXDOX, Friday. Grace Darling’s boat, which has preserved since the famous rescue from the wrecked Forfarshire in 1838, has found a fitting abidingplace in Bamburgh Churchyard. Grace is buried in the church, which is a place of pilgrimage for admirers of the heroine.
