ALLEGED INCORRECT STORE WARRANT Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Chief Justice, the Hon. M. Myers, after hearing legal argument, reserved his decision in the Supreme Court action in which the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, Company, Limited, claims £5,470 and interest at 8 per cent, from Wright, Stephenson and Company, Limited, in respect of 5,469 sacks of oats paid for by plaintiffs, but which, it is alleged, did not conform to the store warrants issued by defendants.
