CLEANING WINDOWS

Pads of specially prepared powder have been available for window cleaning for some time, to be held in the hand, but the latest idea is to have a long handle on which the pad is fitted, thus making the business of window cleaning easier still. The pad is made of special cloth, and has four wearing surfaces, so that when one side is finished it can be turned inside out. No water is required. The windows are cleaned by rubbing them with the pad, for enough powder is emitted to render this possible.
