MOTOR-CARS STOLEN
TWO FROM ONE STREET Two motor-cars were stolen from Woodside Road, Mount Eden, during the w'eek-end. One of them has been , recovered. Last evening an Essex sedan, the , property of Mr. Henry Bond, of Great South Road, was taken from outside the Oddfellow's' Hall, in Woodside Road, between 7 and 7.45 o'clock. | It is painted blue and bears the registered number 19-211. This car had not been recovered at a late hour today. On Saturday evening a two-seater Morris-Cowley car. the property of Mr. H. H. Kendall, of 30 Landscape Road, Mount Eden, was taken from Woodside Road. It was recovered later in Balmoral Road, v here it had been abandoned. Mr. J. Donald’s car. which was reported stolen on Saturday, was recovered in a side street of The Drive, Epsom.
