Spring Frocks Make Modest Entry

Though the weather has been anything but inviting the past few weeks, from a fashion point of view, it cleared up most surprisingly this morning. Consequently there was a fair sprinkling of new frocks for the races at Ellerslie, a few venturesome spirits trusting to the prospects of sunshine and spring. Mrs. AY. Roulston had on a coney seal coat, and black hat. Miss \ r . Roulston wore a brown toque, with brown Persian lamb coat. Miss Cuff wore a brown suit, and brown hat. Mrs. Abbott was in a black suit, with mustard hat. Lady Xolan wore a black persian lamb coat, collared with squirrel, and black and platinum grey hat. Mrs. Gillespie wore a wine red felt with her fur coat. Mrs. Rathbone wore a smart grey costume, with a cherry hat and furs. Mrs. AVright had on a navy fur-trimmed coat and beige hat. Mrs. R.
