MEETING OF DIRECTORS A meeting of the directors of the New Zealand Bible Training Institute was held on Tuesday evening, Mr. R. L. Stewart presiding, when the following candidates were accepted for next year:—Misses M. C. Kemp, J. Ellingham, D. Lees and M. King, all of Auckland. and Messrs. M. F. and R. P. Snow, both of Waihi. One application was deferred for a month. It was reported by the secretary that four graduates of the institute, Misses E. A. Downey (Auckland) and M. E. Orme (Akaroa), and Messrs. L. A. Davison (Henderson) and A. G. Roke (Papatoetoe), were to proceed to Ethiopia as soon as possible. Parties of students proposed holding missions in Silverdale. Te Kuiti, Taumarunui, Kaikohe, "Whitianga and Avondale during their vacation, which extended from August 31 to September IG.
