CHANG’S FATAL SHOT
CHINESE MARSHAL FACES CHARGE EXTRADITION DEMANDED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) TOKYO, Monday. The former Military Governor of Shantung, China, Chang Chung-chang, and his. private secretary have been charged 'with hilling the son of an exPrince of the Manchu dynasty at Beppu. It is reported that the Peking judiciary has demanded the extradition of Cliang on account of his implication in murders before his flight to Japan.
