CLERK AWARDED DAMAGES
HURT IN MOTOR ACCIDENT WELLINGTON’, Monday, lu the Supreme Court today Norman Barnett, a clerk. of Wellington, was awarded £2?G special damages and £175 general damages against Eilv Thelma Carlow, married woman, of Wellington. Plaintdf was knocked down by a mot w-lorrv owned by Mrs. Barlow, and driven by Henry George Smith, an employee of defendant.
