TWO FOUR-YEAR-OLD TWIN BOYS were found dead in bed each with a silk stocking wound tightly round his neck, at their home, 25 King Edward Street, Dominion Road, this morning. The discovery was made when their mother ran from the house crying, “I've killed my children.”
