BREMEN’S GERMAN MAILS SPEEDED UP Times Cable LONDON, Friday. The Berlin correspondent of “The Times” says the Bremen’s catapult seaplane was launched, off Cherbourg and landed an American mail at Bremerhaven hours, or 24 hours ahead of the vessel's arrival there. The Berlin portion of the mail was conveyed in a special airplane to the German capital. Through this combination of a swift liner and airplane the transmission ot the mail from New York to Berlin was accomplished in 5 days 11 hours.
