PROBATION FOR FRAUD
PAH lATU A, Today. Before Justices of the Peace, Alex. Frank Hausmann, of Masterton, pleaded guilty to a charge,of issuing a valueless cheque for £l6 18s to G. A. Vincent, of Pahiatua. Accused was given two years* probation and ordered to make restitution at a rate of £2 a month. An application for the suppression of his name was refused.
