WINTER HURDLES

TT was learned at Trentham yesterday that Mister Gamp is none the worse for his outing on Wednesday, and his owner is very sanguine of his chances in the Winter Hurdles tomorrow. There are sure to be a few defections, but the field will nevertheless be a strong one. Mister Gamp, of course, will be a good favourite, and perhaps the horse he will require to beat may be Overhaul, who went such a rattling good race when he won the Trentham Hurdles on Wednesday.
