New members should fill in the enrolment rorm belo\>. Children of 15 and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems, etc., should be written on only one side of the paper, with name, age and address of the competitor on the top the number of words should be stated. Painting, needlework and m*z~le entries should race the name, age and address attached. Only original 'matter should oe submitted jor competition*.
