The progress of the board is snow by the following:—l922, 378 consumers, revenue £ 1,974: 1926. consumers 992, revenue £14.578: 1929, consumers 1.203 revenue £17,623. Mr. W'. Harbutt was appointed deputy-chairman. Committees were appointed as follow: Financial assistance, Messrs. Fisher, Garland. Hicks *nd Moore: staff appointments, Messrs. Wells, Hicks and Moore.
