DIVORCE GRANTED

A decree nisi to be moved absolute on expiration of three months was granted by Mr. Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court today to Henry Charles Lawless (Mr. Simson). who petitioned for divorce from his wife, Florence Lawless, on the grounds of adultery. Mate Babich was cited as co-respondent. The parties were married in November, 1919, but since 1924, according to one of the children, his mother and Babich had been living together.
