accident or disaster which result in the death witliln thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the Ba d sum of one thousand pounds (£1.000) will be paid pro rata. (li) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accident* which results in the death within thirtv days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds ( £1,000).
