COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea, which left Auckland yesterday afternoon for Gisborne and Napier, returns here next Sunday. The Ivaitangata is to leave Portland this evening with cement for discharge at Wellington and Lyttelton. The Kaiapoi is expected to sail from Auckland tomorrow afternoon for loading at Westport. The Waipiata, en route from Bluff and way ports, left Wellington at 5 p.m. yesterday for Napier and Auckland. She is due here on Friday, and, after discharge, loads at Auckland for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Kaiwarra, which arrived at Auckland last evening from Westport, berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. Tomorrow she moves to Chelsea, and on Friday leaves here on her return trip to Westport. The Kaituna, from Greymouth, via Wellington, left Lyttelton at 4 p.m. yesterday for Auckland direct, where she is due on Friday. The Wingatui is to load at Dunedin tomorrow, thence she fills up at Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Kurow is due at Westport to-mor-row to load for Auckland. She is expected here early next week. The Kaimanawa is to undock tomoi*row and will go alongside the Western Wharf to complete her overhaul and survey. The Katoa was expected to clear Greymouth this morning for Auckland, and is due here about Saturday. The Westport Coal Company’s collier Canopus is due at Westport on Friday to load for Auckland. She is expected here next Tuesday. The Gunbar is due at Auckland tomorrow from the East Coast, and sails the following day on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Raisdale sails from Auckland tomorrow for New Plymouth, where she completes her discharge of basic slag from Antwerp. The Canopus will not now load at Westport for Auckland until Monday next at the earliest. She is at present at Lyttelton. The Paroto is on the slip being overhauled. The Waiti is to go on the slip for overhaul when the Paroto comes off. The Awahou arrived at 10 o’clock this morning from the East Coast and berthed at Central Wharf. At 5 p.m. this afternoon she is to be dispatched for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Pukeko is to undock tomorrow morning and goes to Central Wharf. The vessel is to sail for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa at 5 p.m. that day. She is to go via Portland. The Coronation is expected from Awanui this evening, and leaves on the return trip at noon tomorrow. The Tiroa is' scheduled to sail for Hicks. Tokomaru and Tolaga Bays at 3 o’clock this afternoon. She is at King’s Wharf.

The Apanui’s trip to Great Barrier Island has been postponed from midnight tonight to the same hour tomorrow night.
