OPENING UP NEW COASTAL COUNTRY—The new bridge which spans the Motu River between Opotiki and Cape Runaway, will soon be ready for traffic. Gaps along this coastal route.are gradually being completed, and the new road, which runs in sight of the Bay of Plenty coast most of the way, should attract tourists. The bridge is over 500 ft long and cost £17,777.
