FACTORY RETURNS The latest returns from Dairy factories South of Auckland show that the season has been a remarkably good one. The production is still keeping up. The figures are as follow, those for April of-last season being given in parentheses:— Tatua (Tatuanui). —Pounds of milk, 1 '•-•<-‘J4i (1.U45.072): pounds butter-fat. 47,165 (44.571): pay-out, Is 5d (Is fid); distribution, £3,340 17s (£3,365 Ss). Norfolk (Motumaoho). —Pounds of milk, 568,704 (543,152); test, 4.66 (4.42); pounds butter-fat, 26,652 (24,047); payout, Is 5d (Is sd); distribution, £I,BBO 15s ( £1,703 16s). Sunny Park (Te Poi).—Cheese: Pounds milk, 825,179 (628,261); test, 4.49 (4.19); pounds butter-fat, 37,111 (26,350): payout, Is 5d (Is sd); distribution, £2,628 14s (£1,866 9s). Butter: Pounds cream. 3 7.933 (35,392): test, 46.46 (40.3): pounds butter-fat. 8,832 (14,261); pay-out, Is 4£d (Is 3d); distribution, £575 10s Sd (“£1,029 6s).
