accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability In respect at claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000). (k) That in the event or any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporally or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is are the essence of the contract, namely, to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties.
