INQUIRY AT INSTITUTION Press Association INVERCARGILL, Today, A coronial inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the death of a young inmate of the Borstal Institution was held before Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M. Dr. Basil Lawn said the young man was admitted to the hospital on April 25 in a serious condition, the result .of generalised tuberculosis, which ended in his death on May 12. Mr. C. G. L. Pollock, superintendent of the Borstal Institution, stated that the young man was admitted to the hospital at the institution on January 19, although he had been under a doctor from the date of his arrival.
