ST. JOHN AMBULANCE’S LONG DRIVE An 86-mile drive to bring an injured man into the Auckland Hospital for X-ray examination was made by the St. John Ambulance yesterday afternoon,. Mr. X. B. Glasgow, of Tuakau, had had his left leg fractured in a motorcycle accident and it was considered necessary that he should be examined by X-ray. The ambulance left Auckland at ~ 2.10 p.m. and at a point 14 miles beyond Pokeno met a private car carrying the injured man. Auckland was reached again, after a journey totalling about 86 miles, at 5.30 p.m-
