TRANSPORT QUESTIONS
MEETING IN TOWN HALL A mass public meeting' called by Mr. \V. H. Murray and Mr. J. R. Lundon will be held in the Town Hall Concert Chamber this evening. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Auckland Transport Act and to suggest amendments to it. Mr. J. A. C. Allum, chairman of the Transport Board, has been invited to deliver a 15-minute opening address on the transport situation. The meeting will begin at eight o’clock.
