DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE Press Association WELLINGTON, Monday In regard to recent changes in staff at the headquarters of the Department of Industries and Commerce, ft is announced that the Public Service Commissioner has appointed Messrs. D. Colquhoun and F. Johnson in plaop Messrs. G. W. Clinkard and L. J. Schmitt. Mr. Colquhoun, who has been associated with the department for the last nine years, has acted as local officer-in-charge at both Dunedin and Christchurch, and Mr. Johnson has been an officer of the department for the past four and a-half years, firstly at Wellington, and more recently as officer-in-charge at Dunedin. The promotion of these officers will take effect immediately.
