PHYSICAL CULTURE CLUB
MEETING AT BIRKENHEAD The annual meeting of the Methodist Young Men's Bible Class Physical Culture Club was held in the Methodist Schoolroom at Birkenhead last evening. Mr. Woods presided over a good attendance of members. The secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. Roberts, read the financial statement showing the club to be in a very satisfactory position. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr. Woods; secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. Roberts; committee, Messrs. R. Herbert, F. Utting, C. E. Belworthy and W. Roberts: physical instructor, Mr. W. R. Pike. The president, on behalf of the club, thanked Mr. Pike for the good and loyal work done by him in the position of instructor during the past season, and asked for his hearty cooperation in the forthcoming season.
