TRAMWAY EXTENSION ON RICHMOND ROAD. TRAMWAY LOOP AT NEW AUCKLAND RAILWAY STATION. TRAMWAY SIDING IN STANLEY STREET. DUPLICATION OF TRAMWAY TRACK AT ONEHUNGA. PROVISION OF NEW TRAMCARS AND PLANT. IMPROVEMENT AND ENLARGEMENT OF WORKSHOPS. 2. —That the Auckland Transport Board, being unable to provide the funds for such work out of its ordinary revenue, proposes to raise a SPECIAL LOAN of not exceeding £526,600 and to be known as the “TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT LOAN. 1929.” 3. —That the said Loan will be repayable at the end of twenty (20) years, with provision for a Sinking Fund of not less than Three Pounds (£3) per centum per annum. 4. —That the proposed security for the said Loan shall be a Special Rate of 3-lGth of Id in the £ on the rateable capital value of the Board's District. 5. —That the Auckland Transport Board proposes to pay .out of such Loan, such costs, charges ana expenses as the Auckland Transport Board may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such Loan, but no portion of the Interest or Sinking Fund.
